Peri-peri vegetable gravy
Ingredients:
1 pack peri-peri powder (4 tbsp)
1 cup tomato pury
1/2 cup fresh creme
1/2 cup paneer
Cheese (optional garnish)
Cut all vegetables of your choice
Mine:
Broccoli (1/2 cup)
Cauliflower (1/2 cup)
Bell peppers (1/2 cup each)
Carrots (1/2 cup)
Method:
1. Stir fry the paneer and grill the vegetables
2. In a pan add the tomato pury and let it cook for a good 10 to 15 mins.
3. Next add the peri peri powder and some salt
4. Once the quantity of the pury has halved add the fresh creme.
5. Finally add in the cooked paneer and vegetables and garnish with some cheese (optional)
