Paneer Masala gravy
Ingredients:
2 Tomatoes
1 cup fresh creme
2 teaspoons lemon
2 cups paneer
1 tbsp coriander/cilantro
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp rai/wray
2 tsp haldi/turmeric
2 tsp paprika powder
2 tbsp oil
Method:
1. In a kadhai/wok heat the oil
2. Once ready add the rai/wray, cumin/jeera, and turmeric and stir
3. Then add the tomato pury and mix well for 2-3 minutes
4. Once the pury is well cooked (can check by tasting) add the fresh creme and mix into one gravy
5. Add lemon, and paprika powder.
6. Add paneer cubes and switch off the flame
7. Cover the dish and let the paneer soak the flavor for 15 -20 mins
8. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
