 Panner tikka masala

Ingredients: 

1 cup plain curd 
2 teaspoons Chat masala 
2 teaspoons paprika powder 
1 teaspoon salt 
1 teaspoon lemon juice 
1 cup paneer 
Diced vegetables of choice 

Method: 

1. In a bowl mix the curd and spices together. 
2. Add the paneer and vegetables and let it marinate for half a day. 
3. String the paneer and vegetables together onto a a stick and grill it until charred 
4. Serve while crispy and hot!
