Chilly Paneer

 Chilly Paneer 

Ingredients:

2 cups paneer 
2 tbsp soy sauce 
1 onion (medium) diced in large squares 
2 capsicums diced in large squares 
2 tbsp chilly sauce 
2 teaspoons vinegar 
2 teaspoons salt 
3 chillies cut diagonally across
4 tbsp oil

Method: 

1. In a bowl mix soy sauce, chilly sauce, vinegar and salt 
2. Add oil to a pan and stir fry the paneer
3. Once significantly cook add the onions, after a few minutes add the capsicum. 
4. Remove the fried items from the pan and add them to the bowl with your dressing 
5. Mix well and enjoy!
