 Momos

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup Red bell pepper 
1/2 cup Yellow bell pepper 
1/2 cup onions 
1 cup capsicum 
1 cup corn starch 
2 cups flour 
salt to taste 
2 tbsp Ginger (chopped)
2 tbsp Garlic (chopped)

Method: 

1. To make the filling, first dice all the vegetables. 


2. In a pan add oil, then add the ginger, garlic and chilly and saute for a few seconds 
3. Next add the onions. Once they are golden brown add the rest of the vegetables and corn starch. 
4. Mix well and add oil to make a sticky mixture. 



5. For the stuffing kneed the dough with the flour. 


6. Roll it into thin circles. 
7. Stuff the momo and pack it. 


8. Finally either team the momos for 8-10 minutes or deep fry them until the outside turns transparent. 

Notes: 

Remember the thinner the rolled dough the better the momo tastes.
