Jhal Muddie
Ingredients:
1 cucumber
2 tomatoes
1 large onion
1/4 cup coriander
4 tbsp coconuts (shredder/sliced)
3 chillies
2 tsp lemon juice
1 potato boiled
1 cup sprouts
3 cups plain bhel(puffed rice)
Method:
1. Chop all the vegetables into squares.
2. Slice the clillies and coconut into thin slices
3. Grind the coriander in a mixer and remove it in a bowl then add lemon juice to it and mix.
4. Mix together the sprouts, the vegetables, coconuts, and chillies. Then add the coriander paste.
5. Finally add the bhel and mix well
