Burger
Ingredients:
2 burger buns
2 tbsp shredded cheese
1 egg(optional)
1/4 kg paneer
1/2 capsicum (sliced)
2 tbsp chipotle sauce
2 breads (powdered to crumbs)
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup flour
2 teaspoons pepper
2 teaspoons salt
Method:
1. In a bowl mix corn starch, flour, pepper, salt and water to make a thick(but liquid) paste2. Cut the paneer pieces into patty sized rectangles.
3. In a plate spread out the powdered breadcrumbs
3. Dip the patty into the corn starch mix and lay it on the crumbs plate. Coat all the sides in bread crumbs.
4. Immediately add the patty into a wok filled with oil and deep fry it.
5. Chop the capsicum + onion into slices.
6. Crack the egg onto the pan and let it fry like a sunny side up but with both sides cooked.
7. Place the breads (buns) on the pan and and gently roast them while sprinkling cheese over the base of the bottom bread.
8. Assemble!
