 Hung Curd 



Ingredients:

3 cups curd (unflavored yogurt)
2 teaspoons garlic 
2 teaspoons salt 
2 teaspoons oregano 

Method: 

1. Place a cloth over a bowl and put the curd in the bowl.
2. Lift the cloth from its corners and tie onto a hook or handle 
3. Let the bowl remain underneath to collect the dripping water.  
4. After draining the curd for 2-3 hours remove it in a container/bowl
5. Add salt garlic and oregano and mix well. 
6. Use water to change the consistency as you want.
