Tomato Garlic Rice
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon cumin2 teaspoons paprika powder(red chilly powder)
2 teaspoons lemon juice
4 tomatoes (chopped in large chunks)
6 garlic cloves (smashed)
1/2 cup spring onion greens
1/4 cup sporing onion whites
1/4 cup butter
3 cups rice

Salt as per taste (recommended 2 teaspoons)
2. Add butter to the pan or wok and saute spring onion whites and garlic until the garlic turns light brown.
3. Add the cooked tomatoes and rice and mix well.
4. Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot!
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and stir for a few seconds before adding the chopped tomato pieces, stir fry till yellow and remove in a separate container.2. Add butter to the pan or wok and saute spring onion whites and garlic until the garlic turns light brown.
3. Add the cooked tomatoes and rice and mix well.
4. Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot!
Notes:
Very easy to make and wholesome dish, not too spicy and can be served without any gravy.Calories: 1976.7
