 Crème of mushroom



Ingredients 

2 tablespoons flour
1&1/2 cups mil 
2 tablespoons garlic (chopped)
2 cups boiled mushrooms 
2 teaspoons salt 
2 cups mushroom stock 
1 tablespoon butter

Method

1.Boil mushrooms and save the stock.
2. Add butter in a pan, once it starts sizzling add the flour and mix well, then add garlic and stir the mixture. 
3. Add in the mix and mix till there are no lumps. 
4. Add the mushroom or vegetable stock, till you get your desired consistency. 
5. Finally at salt to taste and the boiled mushrooms and your soup is ready to serve!

Notes

At every stage make to to remove the lumps before adding something new. Mix, mix, mix is the key
