Biscuit cake


Ingredients:

1 cup milk 
1/4 cup unflavored oil
1 teaspoon baking soda 
1/4 tablespoon vanilla essence
3/4 cup plain biscuits 
3/4 cup chocolate biscuits 

Method 

1. Grind your biscuits into a fine powder. Pre-heat oven to 200 deg.  
2. Add milk and oil and mix well until combined. 
3. Add baking soda and vanilla essence and mix, slower more gently than before 
4. Finally, bake the cake for 15-20 mins at 180 deg. Insert a fork to check whether the cake is cooked, when you pull it out the fork should be clean. 

Notes

Very easy to make homemade cake, if you want you can skip the baking soda and vanilla essence, will still give a smooth very soft texture, that melts in the mouth. For the icing on the finished cake I thinned out my normal premix icing with some water and I used not melted but soft butter initially. Let me know if anyone wants a video on how to make it :)
