Veggie garlic sticks

Veggie garlic sticks 



Ingredients: 

2 zucchini(s)
1 pack baby corn 
3 cloves garlic 
2 tbsp olive oil 
2 tbsp butter 

Method:

1. Slice the zucchini into long sticks 
2. half boil the baby corns 
3. In a small pan add some olive oil, butter and garlic under the flame until they are combined and sizzling 
4. Separately add some oil in a pan and place the corn and courgette sticks 
5. Apply the garlic butter oil to the sticks and cook them on both sides until you can see brown patches 
6. Remove and enjoy!
