Quesadillas

Quesadilla

Ingredients: 

6 tortillas 
2 cups mushroom/soy 
1/2 cup bell peppers (each)
2 tbsp butter 
1 cup cabbage grated 
1/2 cup cheese grated 
4 tbsp chilly sauce
Oregano 

Method: 

1. In a pan stir fry the mushrooms with garlic powder and olive oil. 
2. Separately saute the bell peppers and cabbage 
3. On a pan add butter in the shape of your tortilla and place the tortilla directly above it 
4. Spread chilly sauce on the cooking tortilla 
5. Add the veggies, cheese and mushroom on one half of the tortilla (still aflame)
6. Fold the tortilla in half ensuring that it's cooked enough to be crispy. 
7. Serve while crispy and hot
