Burrito Bruschetta rice



Ingredients: 

2 cups cooked rice 
1 cup chopped tomatoes 
3 large garlic cloves 
2 teaspoons vinegar 
1 1/2 cup Fresh creme 
Choice of Seasoning (Salt, Oregano, pepper)
1/2 cup chopped onions 

Method: 

1. Add oil in a pan and stir fry the onions until golden. 
2. Added chopped tomatoes and garlic and and cook until quantity is significantly reduced. 
3. Add 1/2 cup water let the mix boil into a pury. 
4. Add Fresh creme and mix well on low heat 
5. Divide the rice in parts and slowly mix with the gravy. 
6. Remove from gas and add vinegar and seasoning 
7. Top with cilantro and serve !
